This Privacy Policy regulates the relationship between Urban Aleksey, the owner of the website appnewbody.com and newbody mobile App and individuals using newbody mobile App. newbody strives to protect and respect your privacy. newbody takes your privacy seriously and will only use your Personal information to provide Services after you have given your consent to the collection and processing of your Personal Data under the terms set out below.
This Privacy Policy explains when, where, how, and why newbody collects Personal information about you, how it uses this information, the conditions under which newbody may disclose it to others, your rights with your Personal information and how newbody keeps it secure.

- Device and usage information, which may include data related to your mobile device (for example, ID, brand, model, type, operating system, advertising ID and similar information); information about your use of features or notifications on the device; signal level related to Wi-Fi or Bluetooth, temperature, battery level, and similar technical data; mobile operator.
- Demographic information such as age and gender.
- Your IP address and cookies when you visit the website.
- Photos that you provide when using the App, using your camera or camera roll (if you have given newbody permission to access your camera or camera roll). newbody only gets those specific images that you choose to change using the App; newbody does not collect your photo albums, even if you grant access to them. newbody encrypts every photo you upload using the App. The encryption key is stored locally on your device. This means that the only device that can view the photo is the device from which the photo was uploaded using the app – the user's device. Note that while newbody does not require or request any metadata attached to the photos you upload, metadata (including, for example, geotags) can be associated with your photos by default. newbody takes steps to remove any metadata that may be associated with the photo you provided while using the App.

newbody gives you the ability to access and update Personal Data in the App and your account settings.
